The most exciting news, first off, is that Cara now crawls forward! According to experts everywhere, my life is now going to consist of constantly chasing a baby around. :) So far it hasn't been bad. She still sleeps quite a bit, and she isn't terribly consistent about crawling yet. Often she'll go a few steps, then sit up and play with a toy. I do have to be more careful about what I leave laying on the ground, though...
The other news regards the house hunt. So far, we've found a house in Springville that needs a lot of work but that feels like home. Ryan's already figured out where the Christmas tree goes. :) We tried to make an offer on it over the weekend, but there are issues with that at this point. It's fun and stressful all at the same time.

Welcome to the fun of house hunting. The question is whether you can afford the time, energy, and money to do the needed renovation.
You mentioned prefab homes once; there is an article on them in the Feb 2010 Family Circle.
WV: Tratom--sounds like a fancy window but I think that's transom.
Oh, Springville! I miss it there. What a cute, quiet place.
